John Cassinat is originally from Wyoming.  In 1984, he graduated from the
University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
Management.  He next graduated from the University of California - Davis School
of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) in 1987.  In 1991,  Mr. Cassinat
graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with his Master of
Laws degree (LL.M.) in taxation.  

From 1988 through 1991, Mr. Cassinat served in the United States Marine Corps
as a Judge Advocate.   During most of his three year tour of duty, Mr. Cassinat
was stationed at Camp Pendleton, where he was assigned and prosecuted over
100 courts-martial.  Mr. Cassinat achieved the rank of captain before being
honorably discharge in May 1991.  

From May, 1991 through 1994, Mr. Cassinat worked as a civil litigation attorney in
Sacramento, California.  As an associate attorney, Mr. Cassinat primarily
practiced in the area of legal malpractice and commercial litigation.

On January 1, 1995, Mr. Cassinat founded his own law firm, which became
Cassinat Law Corporation.  In the more than 10 years since founding Cassinat
Law Corporation, Mr. Cassinat has built his practice around principles of hard
work and thorough preparation so as to provide quality legal representation at an
affordable price.
