Mr. Carello’s practice is primarily focused on issues within the construction industry,
including private, state and federal construction claims.  His practice brings him
before state and federal courts as well as mediation and arbitration forums. He
regularly represents contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in complex multi-party
construction litigation. His areas of practice include construction collections,
mechanics’ liens, stop notices, bond claims, prompt payment remedies, construction
contracts, competitive bidding and construction-related labor and employment

 Mr. Carello regularly serves as an aggressive advocate on behalf of his clients.  Mr.
Carello has represented clients throughout California including, but not limited to,
Alameda, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Fresno, Los Angeles, Nevada, Placer,
Sacramento, San Francisco, Shasta, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Yolo, and Yuba
County.  Mr. Carello has also represented clients before the First and Third District
Courts of Appeal. Additional locales of practice are in the Eastern District of California,
District Court and Bankruptcy Court, as well as the Northern District of California
Bankruptcy Court.
